The zip package you downloaded contains the following folders and files
as shown below in the directory tree. After purchasing and downloading
your copy of TicketAssistant, you may want to bookmark this
documentation for assistance in your installation.
Before uploading any files to your server, please read carefully and follow
these instructions. After you have read and followed them, upload the program
files to your server following this structure. Once uploaded, your site's
directory regarding this program should appear as below.
Typically, when something doesn't work after uploading, it is either the
folders or files are not as shown, the files have not been uploaded in the
proper setting (ASCII for program files and BINARY for HTML files, or the
files have not been CHMOD'd properly. So, make sure the program files are
uploaded as shown, especially the CGI-BIN "ticket_assistant" directory.
DO NOT change this structure in any way or IT WON'T WORK!
